Mourning the loss of a great man

My father, Jose Patricio Reyes, left this world on Friday, February 18, 2011. He taught us a lot, and left us with countless memories. He was a renaissance man, a connoisseur of all things quality. He was an architect, and artist, a craftsman, a Marine, and the consummate family man. He was a storyteller, a joker, a mentor, and a coach. He kept his wife happy and raised his 3 boys right (so I've been told). I will miss his Xmas brunches, his Thanksgiving feasts, and just hanging out with him in general. I'll miss his famous chili, and his pranks, and his conversation. I'll miss having my Pa around. Rest in peace, and I'll see you on the other side.
