Another site to maintain
Yes I have a Facebook account. And Twitter. And this blog. And now, I have Daily Mile.
I have been invited to join Daily Mile by some of my athlete friends, and have been successful in resisting to this point. But I finally caved and set up an account. I'm kind of glad I did, and it's easy because you can use your FB credentials. This site exists for runners, cyclists, triathletes, gym rats, etc to log workouts in a social network setting.
I like it because I can post my workouts and know that everyone who reads them can relate. This is great because then I'm not the A-hole on FB showing off an In-N-Out dinner after an 18 mile run. I also like it because in order to post a workout, you must, well, work out! Random posts about politics or Lady Gaga are nowhere to be found. Yet.
